We offer affordable local delivery within Calgary city limits with fast turnaround times.

Calgary Delivery Rates

Delivery fees are based on the total value of non-clearance items in your order.

Important:
Clearance items do not count toward delivery thresholds. Orders containing only clearance items do not qualify for reduced or free delivery, but clearance items can still be included in delivery orders.

Delivery Schedule

Local deliveries are completed 1–2 days each week, depending on order volume and route planning.

Deliveries are available within Calgary city limits.

Delivery Outside Calgary

For Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere, delivery is available with the following rates based on the value of non-clearance items:

Delivery dates for these areas are scheduled based on route availability.

Shipping Across Canada

• Shipping available across Canada via Canada Post
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package size

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is always free.

Pickup is available in Rockland Park NW (Calgary). For privacy and security reasons, the exact address is only shared after your order is completed. Prior to purchase, only the neighborhood location will be provided.

Pickup takes place at a residential location, so we kindly ask customers to be discreet and respectful of the property and neighbors.

Pickup Instructions

• Orders require up to 24 hours for packaging before they are ready for pickup.

• Once ready, you will receive pickup instructions and a code to access the porch pickup bin.

• Please do not share the address or access code with others.

Rush Pickup Option

If you need your order sooner, a rush packaging option is available:

Rush packaging allows your order to be ready for pickup within 2 hours, depending on availability.
