Are the clothes new or used?

Most items are pre-loved (second-hand) unless stated otherwise. All items are carefully inspected before being listed. We only sell items that are in good wearable condition.

Because the items are second-hand, minor signs of wear may be present, such as light fading or slight pilling.

What condition are the clothes in?

Items are selected based on quality, condition, and resale value. Any significant flaws (such as stains, holes, or repairs) will be disclosed in the product description whenever possible.

Minor wear consistent with normal use is expected with second-hand clothing.

What does “Like New” mean?

Items in Like New condition look and feel brand new. There are no visible signs of wear, fading, stains, or damage. Fabric, shape, and color are fully intact.

What does “Very Good” mean?

Items in Very Good condition have been gently used and may show light signs of wear. This can include slight fading, minimal fabric wear, or very subtle imperfections, but nothing that affects the look or usability of the item.

What does “Good” mean?

Items in Good condition show noticeable wear but are still fully wearable. These may include one small stain, a minor hole, light pilling, or another small defect. Any major flaw will always be clearly shown or mentioned.

What does “Clearance” mean?

Items in Clearance condition show visible wear and are priced accordingly. These may include stains, fading, multiple signs of wear, or small rips. These pieces are still usable but are more “well-loved.” All clearance items are final sale.

How we grade items?

Every item is carefully inspected before being listed on our site.

We review each piece by hand, checking fabric condition, shape, color, and overall wear. We look for things like stains, holes, fading, pilling, and any signs of previous use.

Each item is then assigned a condition rating (Like New, Very Good, Good, or Clearance) based on what we find.

If an item has a noticeable flaw, we always:

  • Clearly mention it in the description
  • Show it in photos whenever possible

Because we sell pre-loved items, you may notice minor signs of wear even in higher-rated pieces — but anything significant will never be a surprise.

Our goal is simple: no guesswork, no surprises — just honest, transparent grading so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you wash the clothes before selling them?

Clothing is inspected before listing, but we recommend washing all items before use, as is common with second-hand clothing purchases.

How often do you add new inventory?

New items are added regularly as inventory becomes available. Because most items are unique, once an item sells it usually cannot be restocked.

Delivery

How does delivery work within Calgary?

Local delivery is available within Calgary city limits.
Delivery fees are based on the total value of non-clearance items in your order:

  • Under $40 → $7 delivery
  • $40–$59 → $3 delivery
  • $60+ → Free delivery

Deliveries are scheduled 1–2 days each week, depending on route planning.

Do you deliver outside Calgary?

For cities near Calgary city limits
For Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere, delivery is available with the following rates based on the value of non-clearance items:

  • Under $60 → $12 delivery
  • $60–$99 → $6 delivery
  • $100+ → Free delivery

Delivery dates for these areas are scheduled based on route availability.

For clients outside the Calgary area and nearby cities, you can choose to ship via Canada Post; shipping fees may vary by location.

Do clearance items count toward free delivery?

No. Clearance items do not count toward delivery thresholds, but they can still be included in your order.

Orders made only of clearance items do not qualify for discounted or free delivery.

Pickup

Where is pickup located?

Free pickup is available in Rockland Park NW (Calgary).

For privacy and security reasons, the exact address is shared only after purchase. Before purchasing, only the neighborhood location will be provided.

How does pickup work?

Pickup takes place at a residential porch pickup bin.

Orders require up to 24 hours for packaging before pickup.

Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions and an access code for the porch bin.

Please be discreet and respectful, and do not share the pickup address or code.

Can I get my order faster for pickup?

Yes. We offer rush packaging within 2 hours for a $5 fee, depending on availability.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • clean
  • in original condition
  • with the original tag attached

Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned.

What if the item doesn't fit?

Sizing can vary between brands and clothing styles. If an item does not fit, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery or pickup, as long as the item meets our standard return conditions.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • clean
  • in original condition
  • with the original tag attached

All return requests are handled according to our standard return policy.

How do I return an item?

Once a return request is approved:

  • items must be dropped off within 2 days
  • drop-off is free

Return pickup may be available depending on delivery routes.

If pickup cannot be added to a delivery route, the following pickup fees apply:

  • Calgary: $7
  • Nearby cities: $12

Selling to us

Do you buy used kids' clothing, toys and books?

Yes, for clothes and books. We buy selected pre-loved children’s clothing and books based on brand, condition, season, and resale demand. However, toys are not accepted at the moment. To learn more, access our Sell to us section here.
