Do you have kids’ clothes your child has outgrown?
We help those clothes find a second life with another family in the community.

You can sell your children’s clothing to us and receive cash or store credit.

What we accept

We accept children’s clothing from Newborn (NB) up to 5T.

The better the condition and brand, the higher the payout we can offer.

If you have items that are more worn but still usable, we may still accept them for a symbolic payout after evaluation. These items are placed in our Clearance section, where they can still serve another family instead of going to landfill.

Condition requirements

We prioritize items that are in excellent or like-new condition.

Items in the best condition receive the highest payout.

Ideal items typically are:

  • clean and freshly washed
  • free of stains
  • free of holes or tears
  • minimal fading
  • minimal pilling
  • working zippers and buttons
  • modern styles and in-season items

Items with more wear may still be accepted for clearance placement depending on condition.

Payout options

We offer two payout options:

  • Cash payout
Receive payment directly for accepted items.
  • Store credit payout
Receive higher value for your items when choosing store credit.

Store credit can be used toward future purchases in the shop.

How to get your items to us

There are two ways to send your items to us.

Drop-off

If you are in Calgary/AB, you can deliver the items to us once we confirm acceptance.

Pickup

If you are in Calgary/AB, you may also request a pickup service.

  • Paid pickup is available.
  • Free pickup may be available if we can include your location in our weekly delivery route.

How the process works

1. Fill out the submission form

Start by completing the Sell to us form.

2. Add the number of items

Let us know how many pieces you would like to sell.

3. Be honest about the condition

Transparency helps us give you a more accurate estimate.

4. Add photos

Upload photos of your items.

Guidelines:

  • maximum 10 items per photo
  • include clear images
  • if an item has wear or damage, include a separate photo showing the issue

This helps us evaluate items properly and avoids surprises later.

5. Receive an estimated payout

Once we review your submission, we will send you an estimated payout for the items.

6. Accept or decline the offer

After receiving the estimate, you can decide whether you would like to proceed.

If you accept, you can choose whether you prefer drop-off or pickup.

7. Schedule delivery or pickup

We will coordinate a time or route for receiving your items.

8. Final evaluation and payment

Once we receive the items:

  • we will first pay the estimated amount if the items match the form submission
  • we then complete a final inspection

If the final evaluated value is lower than the estimate, the difference is our responsibility — you keep the original payment.

If the value turns out to be higher, we will add the difference as store credit to your account.

Payout guide

Payouts depend on brand, condition, demand, and season. The examples below give an idea of typical payout ranges.

Typical cash payout can vary from $0.50 – $5.
Store credit payout can vary from $0.75 – $7.

Items in excellent condition and in-season usually receive the highest payout, and store credit payouts always offer higher value than cash payouts.

These values are estimates and final payouts depend on item evaluation.

What we do not accept

To maintain quality and keep the process efficient, we cannot accept items that are:

  • heavily stained
  • torn or with large holes
  • missing essential parts (too many buttons missing, snaps, zippers)
  • unsafe or recalled items
  • undergarments or socks
  • items outside the NB–5T size range

Items that still have life left but show more wear may be accepted for our Clearance section, depending on condition.

Photos submission tips

Clear photos help us evaluate your items quickly and give you a more accurate payout estimate.

When submitting photos:

  • include no more than 10 items per photo
  • take photos in good lighting
  • lay items flat so they are clearly visible
  • group items by similar size or type

If any item has:

  • stains
  • repairs
  • fading
  • damage

Please, include a separate close-up photo of the issue. Transparency helps us process your submission faster.
